Established in July 1992 by Nelly Ancer, Casa de Perfumes has offered Top Quality Designer Fragrances to the Houston,TX community for over 10 years. With a wide selection, top quality service, and affordable prices, we have been able to establish a personal relationship with our customers that has lasted for many years. In August of 1999 Casa de Perfumes expanded onto the internet.In 2002 we added the new Perfume Body Oil Section.This section includes some of the best concentrated oils on the web. Our online store is constantly being modified, with new fragrances and oils being added every week. We now offer a selection of over 4,000 fragrances online and because of our top quality service we have been awarded a Top Service Award from the Yahoo Shopping Directory. Return Policy

We offer all of our customers a 30 Day Moneyback Guarantee on all products except for our designer oils lines, clothing, accessories, and jewelry. We do not accept returns from our designer oils in order to ensure our customers that their fragrance oils have been untampered with and are free from contamination. We do not accept returns from our clothing, accessories, and jewelry for hygiene purposes. All other returns are accepted as long as the product is unused and undamaged. Frequently Asked Questions

1. I want to place an order, but I cannot find the order button. Do you have this item available?

If there is no order button on the item you wish to purchase, I do not have the item in stock.

2. Do you offer wholesale prices on your items?

No, I do not take wholesale orders on any items in the store, including body oils and perfumes.

3. Why do you take 1-2 weeks to process and ship orders when purchasing oils?

This whole store is run by only one individual. The majority of the inventory is located at our physical store location that opens only on weekends.

I ship only once a week, regularly Thursday. If an order for oils is placed on Monday, the order is processed that weekend then packed and shipped the following week.

4. Why do the bottles of oil spill?

When the oil is exposed to temperatures above 90 degrees Fahrenheit (particularly in the summer seasons) the oils expand and can lightly spill from their containers.

To avoid this, I am securing the bottle with electrical tape and bagging the bottles in plastic zip-lock bags. I encourage every customer to carry their bottles in these zip-lock bags to prevent damage and stains.

Caution: oil can remove paint and harm furniture. Do not leave your oil products in your vehicle because the heat can provoke the oil to spill from the container.

5. Do you accept checks or money orders as a means of payment?

No, I do not accept those forms of payment. However, we do accept a variety of credit card holders, including Paypal.

6. How do I pay with Paypal?

Simply select Paypal as payment and provide your Paypal email address while placing your order online.

I will invoice you via Paypal through this email when we have your order processed and ready to ship.

7. Do you offer Express Mail?

No, I do not offer that shipping option at the moment.

8. The item I want to purchase has the word 'Vintage'. What does this mean?

The product you are purchasing is discontinued and/or was manufactured more than six (6) months ago.

9. What is the difference between a regular sized roll-on and a large roll-on?

Regular roll:
-approximately 10mm across
-available on the 1/6 ounce dram and the 1/2 ounce bottle

Large roll:
-approximately 19mm across
-available only on the 1 ounce roll-on

10. Why do you take 1-2 weeks to process APO orders?

Since shipping labels cannot be processed online for APO addresses, I have to find the time in my schedule to physically stand in a post office line.

11. Why did you send my package with Signature Confirmation if I did not ask for it?

We will automatically add signature confirmation in these scenarios:
-Your shipping address is an apartment or suite
-Your order exceeds $60
-Your order is irreplaceable because it is the last item in stock or is a discontinued item

12. Why did I receive my order in two different packages?

My daughter, a college student in Austin, handles some of the inventory of the store including samples, miniatures, lotions, jewelry, and some oils.

13. Can I process my order by phone?

No, I do not accept orders by phone because the credit cards need to be verified for ownership. In order to perform the verification process, the credit card must be entered into the online order form.
